If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

How we store your data

When you contact us through the get in touch contact form on Missy Brit’s website, the information is stored on our website database and an email is sent through WordPress which then gets forwarded onto our Missy Brit’s internal mailboxes.

We use WooCommerce as a platform to store our contacts who have subscribed to the website and Mailchimp for you to receive our e-newsletter.

Missy Brit tries to be as open as it can be in terms of giving people access to their personal information. Individuals can find out if we hold any personal information by making a Subject Access Request under the Data Protection Act 1998.
